Student Books for societal learning
For Every Child an Education not only works as a volunteer organization to support children in developing nations like Cambodia, but also act as a business targeting elementary school students and teachers, by providing them with suitable workbooks.
Our workbooks are based on formative assessment framework:
- Incorporating partner work to foster communication between peers
- Encourage more communication about what one learned with parents, through specific questions and recognition by parents
- Include more visual images and pictures to increase engagement and retention
- Inclusion of fun facts
- Prompts that encourage inquiry that supports higher order thinking and conceptual understanding
- Peer-to-peer support and active collaboration, which is why our workbook includes partner teaching and even parental teaching
- Encourage students to reflect what they have learned
- Include retrospective learning activities
