Introduction:

I’m Dané. I will be a high school senior in August. I have an interest in different cultures. I grew up bilingual, and so I believe that it is important to understand people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

What do you do specifically at Language Goat?

I am the founder of Language Goat. Language Goat provides resources for language learning. Through Language Goat, I also publish articles related to English as a Second Language education. I am involved with the ESL program at my school so I interviewed several students about their experienc

es learning a new language and culture in a foreign country.

What would you say is the meaning of education?

I believe that education is vital to success. Education creates opportunities for people to dream further than their daily life. Education pushes people to chase their dreams. Education means looking at life from a new perspective.

Dané, myself and our team (FECAE and Language Goat) are currently working on creating workbooks to donate to non profit organizations working in developing nations.
